Refund & Cancellation Policy
Broome Chamber of Commerce & Industry (Inc) (“BCCI”)

We kindly request that you ensure accurate Event registration and selection of appropriate add-ons and tickets that match your requirements. If you need assistance at any point, please reach out to BCCI via email or phone at 08 9193 5553 before finalising your registration.

Substitution of attendee names with another employee from the same organisation is permissible for any event. BCCI will make reasonable efforts to update attendance lists and name tags accordingly. Refunds will not be issued for changes of mind; however, if your circumstances change, please promptly contact BCCI via email or phone at 08 9193 5553 to modify your registration or associated requirements.

Registration Cancellation Policy
In case your circumstances alter and you are unable to attend an Event, it is necessary to inform BCCI no later than 72 hours before the Event's scheduled commencement. A cancellation fee of 50% will be applicable to offset costs related to your registration. If you cancel within 72 hours of the Event's commencement, no refund will be issued.

Timeframes

From the time of BCCI Events receiving a registration until 72 hours before the event start date: 50% cancellation fee.
Within 71 hours from the conference start date and onwards: Full registration fee for the booked registration type.

Refund Processing
BCCI will process refunds for any fees paid to BCCI due to changes in your registration or associated requirements, in accordance with the relevant cancellation policy. This processing will occur within 7 business days of receiving a refund request. Please note that credit card surcharges are non-refundable.

Refunds will be directed only to the bank account associated with the individual, organisation, or institution from which the original payment was received.

Event Cancellation or Postponement
Should unforeseen circumstances lead to the cancellation or postponement of an event, BCCI will endeavour to initiate a full refund within 90 days of becoming aware of such circumstances.
