'Behind the Bar'

Responsible Service of Alcohol & Industry Immersion Experience

Participants will learn the basics of working in a licensed venue from Industry Expert Michael Andrews of the Australian Hotels Association. By completing their Responsible Service of Alcohol certificate, they will be treated to a meet and greet session with the Roebuck Bay Hotel, General Manager Tamara Burchell, tour of the venue and question and answer session with key staff. Participants will then have lunch and be offered the opportunity to network with one another and available staff, before returning to the Chamber for the afternoon session.

Participants will receive their Responsible Service of Alcohol Certification as well as a certificate of participation in the workshop.
