Event Details

The 16 Days in WA campaign runs from 25 November (International Day for the Elimination of Violence Against Women) through to 10 December (Human Rights Day) each year. The campaign takes its inspiration from the global 16 Days of Activism against Gender-Based Violence.

The Broome Chamber of Commerce is proud to lead the 16 Days in WA campaign, hosting an event focused on raising awareness and driving change to end violence against women. This initiative offers a meaningful opportunity for the community to support a vital cause, while advocating for change.

Empower Her is an event that raises awareness & encourages us to PLAY OUR PART in stopping Family and Domestic Violence.

Lets come together for our 2nd event and drive change in culture, behaviour and attitudes that lead to violence against women.
