Delivered in partnership between the Broome Chamber and Mangrove Hotel, participants will master the art of creating exceptional first impressions while honing their customer service excellence, effective communication, attention to detail and brand representation. Additionally, they will gain valuable menu knowledge, learn how to seat and serve restaurant diners with napkin placement, pouring, plate placements and ordering all while enjoying a complimentary lunch at the one of the clubs in house restaurants.
